Twins Irina and Olga Sundukovy founded eponymous design and architecture studio Sundukovy Sisters, or simply S+S, in 2004. Today a team of fifty talented and passionate professionals create award-winning hospitality interiors worldwide. S+S creates audacious designs and concepts for restaurants and hotels across Russia, Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Asia.

The twins are known for a style that respects the history of each location while adding a contemporary, idiosyncratic twist and self-irony. “We believe that design projects should be relevant, aesthetic and functional. Design should solve specific problems. Just as importantly, to approach design with self-irony.” They are frequent speakers in the hospitality and design events, and temporary lecturers in the British High School of Design in Moscow.
