In 2003, Jennifer Marmon established PAR in Los Angeles after receiving a Masters of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture. Dedicated to bringing research and imagination to the built environment, her work has received numerous awards including the American Institute of Architects Presidential Emerging Practice Award in 2014.

In parallel to her architectural practice, Jennifer is a frequent critic, juror and panelist at universities and institutions including Harvard University, Columbia University, University of California, Los Angeles and the Southern California Institute of Architecture. In 2015, she was appointed to the Progressive Architecture (P/A) Awards Jury and in 2016 she was a visiting professor at the USC School of Architecture.

The work of the firm is currently represented at the 15th Venice Architecture Biennale. PAR has been invited to make its first solo exhibition at AEDES in Berlin opening in September 2017.
