Challenged to provide affordable living spaces, this Brooklyn-based conceptual project seeks to meet New York-sized housing demands without resorting to familiar, problematic space planning. In contrast to overloading the floor plan with deep, narrow apartments, our team prioritizes views, natural light, and cross ventilation, to create both affordable and comfortable living configurations for the tenants.
