With a Crossover concept, the Crossover Commune integrates urban and nature, industry and community, experiment and experience, forming a 24/7 self-sufficient live/work/play community. Inspired by mortise and tenon, the masterplan combines the industrial park and traditional Chinese aesthetics. A diverse and vibrant construction industry cluster grows naturally along the green carpet. The project is committed to a net-zero carbon sustainable development strategy, with extensive use of clean energy, more than 10% renewable energy, and an annual carbon sink of 15,000kgCO2.
