Moving from a 40-year single-tenant facility to 240,000 sq. ft. across six floors of The Bow, the project introduced an unassigned, hybrid-first environment supporting 1,000+ employees. With 35% collaboration space, LEED certification, adaptive reuse, and robust amenities including wellness suites, trading floors, and labs, the headquarters embodies innovation, sustainability, and cultural evolution.
