The Haiyan Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum is a renewal project of the former Haiyan Electric Instrument Factory from the 1990s, covering 7,211 sqm. It combines exhibition, training, guesthouse, and commercial functions. The design applies a strategy of demolition, restoration, preservation, renewal, and integration—retaining the original industrial character while introducing ripple-patterned perforated aluminum panels to reframe the façade. The restored “Twin Pools Impression” and the newly integrated cultural corridor reconnect the site with the town’s rich heritage.
