Yale mixed-use, located in Santa Monica near the Pacific Ocean, features a white horizontal facade with rhythmic cuts along Santa Monica Blvd. Outdoor spaces, including a terraced courtyard and rooftop deck with panoramic views, define the building. Materials include metal panels, exposed concrete, steel, and smooth plaster, with accent colors of blue and green. The project offers 50 residences, including affordable units, and over 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. Amenities include gardens, lounges, a gym, and shared office spaces, with subterranean parking.
