Located along the main axis of the Binhu District near Chaohu Lake in Hefei, Anhui Province, the Anhui Art Museum is a modern, audience-oriented gallery that integrates art exhibitions, research, and academic conferences. The building adopts "Shanshui painting" as its design concept, and uses the traditional "courtyard" as its fundamental prototype, incorporating the spirit of mountains and rivers along with the artistic essence of scroll paintings. The design reinterprets the spatial forms of Huizhou architecture, capturing the soul and essence of Anhui culture.
