A 24-storey residential mixed-use building in Ho Chi Minh City, The Opera Residence features a four-storey podium and a 20-storey tower. Inspired by its genius loci, the project reflects the sculptural movement of the nearby flowing river and the city’s musical energy, positioning it as a landmark in the evolving skyline. Adhering to strict planning constraints, it enhances connectivity to the future Opera House, reflecting the city’s growing affluence and modernity. It employs active and passive sustainable strategies, integrating green spaces and ample natural light to facilitate wellbeing.
