The project is located in the northern part of Lviv and completes the silhouette of the avenue. The façades are concise with interesting design elements for a cohesive perception from any angle. The horizontal division will not compete with the silhouette of the nearby church. Materials include a dark main framework and a light serpentine of protruding structures. The long façades face south and north, complicating the design but increasing apartments with city views. The first two floors house public service spaces; commercial and residential parts have separate entrances.
