The house, built in 1887 in Italian Renaissance style, is a listed building now used as a daycare center. The entrance with a sandstone staircase has been covered with a new canopy. The railings are modern and echo the textured façade. The stairwell was upgraded for fire safety. Interior surfaces in the common rooms were restored, and the sanitary areas fully renewed. Material recycling was prioritized; tiles, doors, and ceiling panels were carefully removed and reused. The color scheme playfully reflects the building’s diverse character with pastel shades.
