At the heart of La Romita, a neighborhood that preserves its human scale amid the intensity of Mexico City, CASA JARDIN ROMITA rises as a synthesis of memory and modernity. The facade, clad in exposed black concrete with an undulating finish, lends the building a sculptural presence. Against this solid, monolithic skin, the greenery in the facade gardens appears as counterpoint, softening the geometry and infusing the architecture with a living rythm. Vegetation becomes mediator between concrete and atmosphere, between dwelling and environment, a search for serenity within urban density,
