Wonderwoods is a pioneering mixed-use project in central Utrecht, designed by Stefano Boeri Architetti and MVSA Architects. Each studio designed one tower with a shared focus on greenery and sustainability, creating a living urban landmark integrated with the city’s environmental system. The project houses apartments and office spaces, as well as commercial, cultural, sports, educational, leisure and dining areas, making Wonderwoods the first vertical forest with semi-public functions accessible to citizens. A rooftop garden on the 7th floor connects the two buildings by a skybridge.
