Designed as a triangle, considering the bounding property line, access road, and field of play, this dynamic shape allows the Chadwick Pavilion to respond to both the approach and the main focus of the field. As visitors move from the pavilion to the field, the triangular plan guides them intuitively, enhancing the experience by offering unobstructed views and a seamless transition through the form. The stunning sweeping roof cantilevers dramatically over the external circulation and viewing areas, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the pavilion and emphasising its striking form.
