Nengchuang Xingchenhui is located in the heart of Putuo District, Shanghai, serving as the core of the district’s spatial strategy of “One Belt, One Center, One City.” With a total floor area of 68,000 square meters, the project integrates diverse functions including office, commerce, and education. Following the concept of a vertical urban forest, it creates an eco-friendly building cluster under land-use constraints, advancing urban quality and contributing to the renewal of Putuo.
