Chandigarh University D6 is a 94,000 sq. ft. student facility in Gharuan, Punjab. Its strong, triangular form stacks diverse functions—dining, retail, library, and guest house—into a single, efficient volume. Oriented around an amphitheatre plaza, the design encourages interaction through semi-open spaces and multiple entries. With exposed brick, red sandstone, and concrete, D6 is a contextually rooted, sculptural addition to the campus. Student amenities occupy the lower floors, the library spans the middle levels, while the upper floors house a VIP guest house.
