On April 5, 2024, Belgrade celebrated the grand opening of its new 27,000-square-foot Library & Community Center, designed by 45 Architecture & Interiors. Tripling the size of the original building, the new facility elevates the library into a true civic anchor designed to meet the evolving needs of Belgrade for generations to come. The expansion includes: a children's area, teen lounge, makerspace, study rooms and board room, commercial kitchen, and community hall. These spaces embody the projects's vision: to expand the library's role beyond books, into a hub for culture and commmunity.
