Lem Station is a successful example of revitalizing late 19th to early 20th-century industrial architecture. The project transforms a former tram depot into a creative hub, preserving historic elements like metal structures and windows. The complex offers coworking spaces, a 400-seat event hall, public areas, and a restaurant. Special focus is given to inclusivity and sustainability, ensuring accessibility for all.
