Defined by its historic location, Anderson Towers strips away material weight and mass to better relate the buildings’ relationship with the garden plaza and unified landscape of the surrounding area. At the plaza level, the concept focuses on reinforcing connection across the site to nearby public spaces, such as Century City Mall, and a connection between the two buildings, the landscape and the interior lobby spaces. A new softly illuminated parapet and window film treatment creates a lighter, more unified facade.
