The Neo Alphaville project emerges from the movement of the curve and, above all, from the idea of rhythm. Its central concept is defined by the expression of movement through rhythm — a principle that guides the entire architectural composition.The building features three variations of balconies, corresponding to floor plan typologies of 175 m² and 244 m², with two units per floor, organized into distinct volumetric compositions. The design combines form and flexibility, exploring the relationship between dynamics and proportion.
