ClientChabad Lubavitch Berlin e.V., Berlin

Adjacent to the Chabad Lubavitch family and cultural centre, the Pears Jewish Campus Berlin is an educational facility for 450 children and young people. Together they form the Jewish Campus Berlin for the growing Jewish community. The organically curved new school building is embedded in a green school garden with a variety of open spaces. Named the "Blue House" by the children, the solitaire stands out due to its materiality and colourfulness. In Judaism, the colour blue has an important symbolism, which is thus communicated far and wide in the urban space.
