The Old Summer Palace One project, located near Beijing's Yuanmingyuan Park in Zhongguancun, blends culture and technology. Inspired by Beijing’s tradition of mountainous retreats, the design incorporates nature through thoughtful site selection, landscaping, and construction. The layout features slab buildings along the north and south sides, centered around a 170-meter-long central garden axis. Traditional architectural elements are combined with modern materials like stone and glass, creating a serene, elegant, and transparent structure that integrates with its natural surroundings.
