As The Peakview is the endpoint of the 2km greenery path, the team imagined the building as a secret garden of the bustling city, creating a hidden paradise. As a continuation of the community landscape corridor, the project utilises the terrain and creates a sunken garden of 13,000sqm. This cluster of buildings, is making a manifesto. Among the limited sample of 408 households, architecture and equipment are experimentally self-contained as a complete system, with adaptive cold and hot cycles and advanced ventilation systems, which is known as the ‘breathing building’.
