The Cyprus Planetarium took shape from the concepts of Platonic Solid-Cube, Sphere & Polyhedron. The black colour on the building skin represents the Mystery, the Unknown, the Universe, while the white expresses the Truth, the Purity of Scientific Thought and the Soul. The project consists of two main buildings which include the key areas: the amphitheater-observation deck, which is used for outdoor musical events and as a modern telescopy - astroscopy area, the restaurant, the planetarium room, the 360°VR-Room, the exhibition spaces and the VIP building for private events.
