The Enclave, a 25,000-square-foot retail project in Torrance, CA, revitalizes the area through thoughtful planning and activation. Nestled between two 9-story office towers, it serves both office occupants and the broader South Bay community. The project includes revitalized lobbies, 25,000 square feet of landscaped spaces, and over 40 plant species. Its design fosters collaboration, with retractable walls, secluded alcoves, and organic orchards. Sustainability is central, featuring water-efficient irrigation, repurposed materials, EV charging stations, and a bike-sharing system.
