The mixed-use commercial center was built on a former industrial site now transforming to meet contemporary urban needs. The project forms a dense urban fabric. The retail volume has varying heights (2 and 4 stories), acting as a “pause” between two towers: a 15-story residential and a 14-story office block. A green L-shaped terrace on the lower roof overlooks Antonovycha Street and the inner courtyard. The office tower’s architecture emphasizes technological precision and pragmatic aesthetics.
