UNS designs GuocoLand 18T Mansion in Chongqing, China — a highly human-centric, wellbeing - focused residential development that transforms communal living and showcases the benefits of a harmonious blend between historic and contemporary symbiosis. With five residential towers ranging from 16 to 51 stories and comprises 1,046 units, healthy amenities and lush landscapes, this eco-community enhances living quality, promotes local residents' health, wellbeing, and city livability. The project is recognized as the first WELL Platinum-certified residential development in Southwest China.
