JB Financial Group’s Aurum Campus, set at the foothills of Naejangsan and overlooking Yongshan Lake, is conceived as both a training center and ecological park. It unites education, lodging, and community into a village-like form. An S-shaped ribbon mass adapts to terrain and views, while an open ground floor ensures flow and landscape continuity. Development is minimized to preserve cherry blossom roads and pine forests, with added green buffers for protection. The campus embraces forest and city alike, presenting a new model of learning in harmony with nature.
