Oak Village – 9th Avenue in Pyin Oo Lwin envisions a thriving ecosystem built on four pillars: ecology, economy, culture, and society. The master plan respects topography and oak forest, with the restored creek forming an ecological and recreational core. Houses cluster like a village by the creek, scaled to humans and nature. Their architectural language draws from contour lines, blending vernacular with modern forms. Native gardens, warm materials, and low fences foster openness, unity, and identity. Each house has its own character yet contributes to a cohesive and friendly community.
