Dansa House by Minarc, completed in September 2025, is a 4,000 sq. ft. residence on Elliðavatn in Kópavogur, Iceland. Inspired by the colors of Iceland—snow, lava, sun, and trees, the home floats lightly above the landscape while grounding daily life in nature. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the forest, a family-centered kitchen island anchors the interior, and in the primary bedroom, no curtains interrupt the spectacle of the northern lights dancing across the sky.
