Dockyard, built using sustainable hybrid timber construction, comprises a square and a rectangular structure connected by a glass passageway with exposed timber framework. Dockyard optimises its ecological footprint by using certified timber from sustainable forestry in its supports, framework and ceilings, as well as recycled concrete and recycled steel. With an innovative energy concept that intelligently combines several renewable sources, the building operates in a climate-neutral manner. The utilisation concept creates ideal conditions for a sustainable, user-centred working environment.
