Sea World Shanghai, the city's first cruise-themed waterfront commercial flagship, is located adjacent to Asia's largest cruise port—Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal. It comprises about 66,000 M2 of waterfront tourism retail, about 38,000 M2 of Grade A river-view offices, around 25,000 M2 of family vacation apartments, and a Cordis Hotel. As a key component of Shanghai International Cruise Tourism Resort, this highly anticipated cruise-themed waterfront cultural, tourism, and commercial complex has quickly become a new landmark in Baoshan since its official opening on Sep 30, 2024.
