GRONO is a mixed-use complex in Bucha designed as a safe and flexible environment for work, commerce, and community. Created in response to the trauma of war, it combines office spaces, retail, and a garden, converging in an open, human-centered space — a place for everyday resilience. The architecture is adaptable, inclusive, and deeply human, offering a vision of restored life through spatial care. Façades are clad in fiber cement panels and deeply textured brick, evoking the presence of time and grounding the building both visually and tactilely.
