Inspired by 1920s Hollywood glamor and Mission Revival architecture, Maple Terrace blends sculptural elegance with a clean, natural palette of limestone, plaster, metal, and warm woods. A two-story atrium lobby connects to a courtyard through a refined library and lounge. Highlights include a textured-glass boardroom, a green Art Deco bar with garden views, arched ceilings in the gym, and Spanish-tiled bathrooms. A rooftop lounge with a trellis roof offers city views, while preserved artifacts honor the building’s rich history.
