The Chengdu Future Science and Technology City Park Corridor Zone reimagines 70.9 hectares as a climate-neutral “HIVE” Park City. Anchored by TOD hubs, it weaves linear parks, resilient landscapes, and inclusive communities into Chengdu’s hilly terrain. Integrating sponge city systems, an underground reclaimed water plant, renewable energy, and cultural identity, it restores ecology while celebrating heritage. The result is a vibrant, walkable district—an adaptable model for sustainable, low-carbon urban futures.
