Fuzhou Lanyuan Luxury Residences spans 40114 m², where layered landscape reinterprets local tradition through a sequence of immersive spaces. Rooted in Chinese-garden principles, moon-gate portals and framed openings choreograph a seamless journey from arrival courtyards to the River Deck, Central Meadow and Forest Garden. Gold columns and white marble walls contrast with striated granite paving, while reflective basins and mist jets blur built and natural realms. Preserved native trees, sponge-city water measures and strategic light and shadow create a serene, sustainable microclimate.
