Future 500+ project is in northern Hangzhou. It focuses on smart manufacturing, developing green energy and high-end equipment, and prioritizing new energy, new materials, and smart manufacturing. It features industrial hubs and customized parks in a "3 Hubs+3 Parks" layout. The project builds a 24h-live-work environment with "1 ten-minute industrial community circle + 3 5minsneighborhood circles" to balance industrial and living needs.Three hubs center around Mojiali Central Cultural Park, linking the Banshan green belt and Xianning Temple,forming a cross-shaped landscape and cultural belt.
