The Co-operators Headquarters in Guelph redefines the workplace through sustainability, inclusivity, and cooperative values. Designed by HOK with NEO Architecture Inc., the project supports the organization’s net-zero by 2040 goal and has achieved LEED Gold, WELL Platinum, and net-zero energy certifications. Featuring smart systems, solar panels, local materials, and neurodiverse-friendly design, the headquarters balances performance, wellness, and purpose, setting a benchmark for sustainable, human-centered workplaces.
