Located in the heart of Hong Kong’s SOHO district, 9-11 Staunton Street is a six-storey tong lau from the 1970s that has been revitalized into contemporary serviced apartments. The project preserves the essence of the original post-war building while reimagining it for modern urban living. It features a ground-floor shop, five residential levels, and a rooftop, with a design that seamlessly integrates heritage and contemporary elements. The interior spaces are designed to maximize natural light, with open layouts and balconies creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor experience.
