At the threshold of Shenzhen and Hong Kong, the Northern Metropolis is set for transformation. Anchored by Chau Tau Station, it links the Shenzhen–Hong Kong golden axis and redefines the one-hour living circle, weaving urban–rural fabric with innovation corridors and ecological landscapes. Terraced forms, greenery, and sky bridges create a vertical community where eight districts integrate research, living, work, and leisure, envisioning a 21st-century city where ecology and innovation coexist.
