As you step into the grand, double-height lobby, MBTC’s ‘Vertical Campus’ unfolds as a living ecosystem. Here, the “Future of Office” is an immersive experience of connection and discovery. Two elegantly interlocking office bars twist around an off-center core, linked by an atrium and floating sky deck, forming dynamic 3-4-story “neighborhoods.” A sky terrace, multipurpose hall, staff restaurant and executive lounge flank this social spine. Sculptural shading fins, 50% WWR, rooftop PVs and rainwater harvesting drive its net-zero ambition, embodying Metrobank’s ethos: you’re in good hands.
