Qianhai MCC Tower is the leading cooperation zone in the Greater Bay Area in Shenzhen, China.The design captures the moment of the ‘leaping fish’ that symbolises the idea of hard work and overcoming difficulties bravely, which recalls the growing company history of the owner. It reflects the ‘leaping fish’ in an abstract way and achieves the synthesis of function and form.The curvature of the fish is transformed into a fluid form.The design maximises the value of space by differentiating floor area on high zone and low zone, and improves cost-efficiency by minimising irregular facade members.
