The Serene Villas is situated on the Shenzhou Peninsula in Wanning, Hainan, within a pristine natural setting characterized by one island, two seas, four bays, and six ridges. It provides views of an adjacent golf course and dual north-south sea panoramas, encircled by parks. The fan-shaped site is organized around the "island cluster" concept, utilizing a network of linear landscapes to divide the area into seven residential groups. These create seven distinct vacation scenarios, forming a comprehensive international resort community with hotel-like services.
