-Spaces filled with light and shadow created by layered whites- Light that changes with the seasons, weather, and time of day. The visual layering of “white” on walls and ceilings, revealing different expressions through this light, lends depth to “time and space” within the 30m² building area. We designed a tiny house filled with gentle light, where moving through the space allows one to indirectly sense the outside. In its use of walls and ceilings as reflective surfaces, this residential architecture could also be called a “house of reflection.”
