Hangzhou New World Art Center, as New World China’s landmark mixed-use complex in Hangzhou, spans approximately 740,000 sqm. It integrates art-infused retail, Grade-A offices, luxury serviced residences, ultra-luxury hospitality and an international residential community—alongside public spaces such as a cultural center, a preserved historic building and the Central Green Corridor. Inspired by Hangzhou’s iconic elements—West Lake, Qiantang River, and the ancient Bagua Terraces—the architecture merges with the nearby Liuhe Pagoda’s heritage, crafting a profound cultural landmark.
