It has been a year since the pandemic exploded and it still shows no sign of being under control. Perhaps society will need to adjust to living with Covid-19 like the common cold or any other everyday consideration. This proposal takes the city of Villa Hermosa in southern Mexico where, as an example, flooding is always an issue during the rainy season, and suggests a new-normal living style. The design proposes to create big sustainable communities with connected public spaces. It provides different facilities to the users within a radius of 200 meters: 5 minutes-walk neighborhoods.
