This is the core of the planning blueprint for developing, constituting a symbiotic group space and a vibrant information base for science, education, and recreation, becoming a special zone with a sustainable resource. Combining the advantages of the environmental green space with the planning and design thinking, a waterfront park is shaped, and when visiting the park, one can feel the feeling of integration of space into nature, the intimate combination of water, life, and architecture, which exudes leisurely sense.
