Knowledge Tower is a 300m super high-rise mixed-development project consisting Grade-A offices, a 5-star hotel and retail programs. The building’s clover-shape plan rises into three distinct yet connected towers of varying heights to address unique urban interfaces whilst maximizing views and natural light for all programs. Designed to provide inhabitants with new lifestyle possibilities in high-rise settings, the structurally efficient multi-core tripartite form contains a series of centrally stacked public atriums that encourage community interactions, which form a vertical urban LIFESPINE.
