At 111,000-square-meters and 240-meter-tall, 160 Front Street transforms Toronto’s skyline with its innovative design. Shaped through comprehensive environmental analysis, the office tower tapers at the top and bottom to enhance wind resistance and minimize its impact on the pedestrian realm. The building’s main axis is oriented parallel to the site’s prevailing winds, further reducing resistance to lateral wind loads. The structure incorporates a state-of-the-art exterior wall and other passive sustainability strategies, earning it LEED Platinum and WELL Building Standard certifications.
