We seek to conceive this restaurant as a benchmark of haute cuisine and culinary excellence. Inspired by the natural manifestations of the region. Like the Andes Mountains, the rocks and the vineyards, we proposed its internal journey from authenticity and functionality. We developed this journey as a sequence of diverse spaces, ranging from a bar to a private lounge. Considering its construction more as an industrial design object than as a traditional architectural structure. Soberana is dedicated to those who are looking for a space where functionality merges with a revealing experience.
